On Sunday, August 17th, 2025, South Florida comes alive, as the Big Ship captain, Freddie McGregor, celebrates his 69th birthday, previously scheduled for June 29th. He has sent out a special invitation, via his social media platforms, inviting fans to join him for the celebration that will also feature performances from some very special guests in the ‘Big Ship Crew’ and Reggae/Dancehall. Currently confirmed to touch the stage includes his sons, Chino McGregor and Stephen “Di Genius” McGregor, along with  Spragga Benz, Luciano, Shuga, Pressure, Tifa, Alaine, Tony Curtis, Frisco Kid, & more!
The event will be held at the Sunset Cove Amphitheater, in Boca Raton Floria and gates will open at 2:00pm. Tickets can be purchased online at caribtix.com or at a local retailer.
