Jamaica has one of the leading airports in the Caribbean!
Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica (MBJ) 
is not only aesthetically pleasing, but is transforming into a world class facility. The facility recently underwent an upgrade to the departure retail space, now offering 68 outlets with a variety of products. Walking through is an experience as You get a sense of Jamaica land and culture. I recently traveled via Montego Bay in May 2022 and then again in April 2023 and I’ve seen the slight changes with even more work in progress.
 The modernization project is still underway; improvement plan includes lengthening runways/,expanding of taxi ways , upgrading arrival and departure lounges and installing additional self service kiosks! These will allow for Larger aircrafts , the airport being open to more destinations which in turn increases revenue from tourism.
